The recording process of this album was a long one. We had to record almost the entire album twice, before we began to understand what exactly it was that we wanted to create. The album itself was in a constant state of evolution. We were acquiring new instruments throughout the year, and so we began changing instruments for certain parts of certain songs as we were recording them. On an individual level, each of us had challenges in our personal lives. These challenges helped us to grow, not only as individuals but also as musical partners. By the end of it all, it was these experiences, these emotions and this energy in the band and from the talented artists who collaborated with us, which helped to create an album with a unique sound. I'm really proud of us all and feel blessed for having such creative human beings around me. I Hope you enjoy this music as much as I do.
